We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy Craven (Jasper, Alabama), born in Parrish, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon H. Craven; her parents, Otto Merritt and Lola Hulsey; and her brothers, Woodrow Merritt, Arthur Merritt, Oscar Merritt and Robert Merritt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Craven Sartain (Ed) and Debra Craven Tuggle (Spencer); her grandchildren, Sandy Sartain Forman (Jay), Tiffany Tuggle Marron (Jim), Ashley Sartain Laird (Matthew) and Chad Craven Tuggle (Katrina); and her great grandchildren, Jackson Forman, Casey Forman, Ian Tuggle, Luke Tuggle, Lauren Marron, Brant Laird, Blair Marron, Zeke Tuggle, Wyn Laird, Titus Tuggle, Megan Marron and Silas Tuggle.
In honor of her love for children, in lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Northside Baptist Church's library for the purchase of children's books.
