Doris Gail Nix Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Gail Nix (Jasper, Alabama), who passed away on October 31, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Nix and Bessie Mae Pike-Nix; her grandparents, John Pike, Ida Elizabeth Pike, Marvin Nix and Ruby Nix; and her aunt Faye Pike Martin.
She is survived by: her sister Glenda Nix Sandlin (Roger); her niece Tracy Nix-Garner (Chad); her nephew Ryan Sandlin; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica Hunt (Kenny), Ravyn Sandlin, Jordan Davis, Sebastian Garner and Brad Lee Sandlin; and also, Rita Edwards, Donna Anderson, Dorothy Earnest and Faye Earnest. She is also survived by her fur baby, "Jasper" the cat; and a host of loved family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Susan G. Komen North Central Alabama, 1909 27th Avenue S., Homewood, Alabama 35209.
