She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Alexander Bell III; and her parents, Charles Ray Alldredge and Elsie Short Alldredge. She is survived by: her sons, Howard Alexander Bell IV (Jennifer) and Charles Allen Bell; her grandchildren, Kylie Lott, Anna Katherine Bell, Caleb Bell, Alli Grace Bell and Jacob Bell; and her sisters, Deborah Alldredge Black and Charlene Alldredge Caraway (John M. Caraway, Jr.). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
