He is survived by: his children, Julie Sanford (Larry), Cindy Garrett and Kevin Garrett; his sister Brenda Brown (Rayford); his sister-in-law Jackie Garrett; and his grandchildren, Jakob Garrett, Morgan Sanford-James (Chase), Levi Sanford, Colton Henderson, Makena Kilpatrick Garrett and Ariana Thrasher.
