He was predeceased by: his parents, Denny Darwin Ferguson Sr. and Rebecca Files Ferguson; his nephew Chandler Cole Ferguson; and his grandparents, Colis Ferguson, Laureen Sherrill, Lee and Irene Files.

He is survived by: his daughter Khali Bekka Elise Ferguson; his siblings, Tyler Ferguson (Brittany), Melody Ferguson (Chad) and Mia Wylie (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Meleah Ellis (Jake), Peyton Johnson, Landon Wylie (Kaleigh) and Parker Ferguson; his uncle Maurice Ferguson (Jan); and his aunts, Avis Ferguson, Clara Waid (Stan), Kay Willcutt (Jerry) and Dorothy Calloway (Hershall). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
