He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Day; his parent Maggie Day; his children, Joe Day and Susan Kozieracki; and his siblings, Kenneth Day and Mildred Disney.
He is survived by: his former wife Rosalie Day; his sons, Thomas Day (Eve), Eric Day (Lisa), Darby Day (Yongson) and Daniel Day; and his stepchildren, Phyllis Fisher (Jerry), Susan Erskine (Scott) and David Lowther. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.
