She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Humphries and Rena Gosa Humphries; and her siblings, Maxine Causey, Catherine McCollum, Faye Whittemore, Dimple Bridges, Hubbert Humphries, Hoyle Humphries, Herman Humphries and David Humphries.

She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Gossett Smith; her grandchildren, Mallorie "Jordan" Smith and Marlee S. Smith; her son Mark Allen Gossett; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Humphries and Becky Hudson.
