She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Burton and Walter Burton; her husband Howard Earl Hendrix; and her children, Judith Ann Hardy, Dennis Howard Hendrix and Christine.

She is survived by: her siblings, Elmer Clark Burton, Walter Leo Burton, Olive Buel Burton and Maggie Burton Hardin; her daughter Janice Earle Godwin (David); her grandsons, Jeffrey Godwin, Gregory Godwin and Mason Holladay; her daughters, Jean Elizabeth Hooker (Ben Hooker) and Jennifer Lynn Eifert (Sean); her grandchildren, Dylan, Connor and Rachel Claire White; and her children, Dalton, Philip, Megan Hendrix, Morgan Hendrix and Nicky Hendrix (Jenna). She is also survived by her four children, she had 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
