He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Bowmaster, Sr. and Alma Jean Owen; his brother Jorge B. Ertwine; and his grandparents, Ella G. Owen, William Owen, Claude S. Bowmaster and Dorothy Bowmaster.

He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Abbott, Billie Jo Gilliland, Robbie Tassara, Sher Simcisko, Deb Decoursey, Robert W. Bowmaster, Jr., Owen T. Ertwine and Rick Bowmaster.
