She is survived by: her children, Chris Blackwell (Kasey) of Attalla, AL and Leeann Makemson (Mickey) of Oakman, AL; her grandchildren, Blake, Kaci, Kristen, Alyssa, John, Cutter, Kynlee, Raelyn, Talynn and Knox; and her siblings, Ludie Allen (Butch), Larry Blackwell (Sam), Phillip Blackwell (Lisa) and Kay Whitehead (Rodger).
