She was predeceased by: her husband Maxwell Eugene Crouse; and her parents, Cecil Guthrie and Maybell Guthrie. She is survived by: her children, Genia Renea Evans (Keith) and Jason Eugene Crouse; her sister Debra Self (Bodie); her grandsons, Hunter Evans (Alexis Carmichael) and Austin Evans (Katie Tidwell); her nephew Brian Self; her nieces, Jordan Self and Rylee Self; and her pet Princey.
