He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Manuel and Elaine Bagwell Manuel; and his wife Jane McClain Manuel. He is survived by: his children, Jill Manuel Burrough (Jeff) and Todd Manuel (Jennifer); his grandchildren, McClain Burrough (Leslie), Ricki Jill Burrough, Daniel Cody (Taylor) and Logan Cody; and his great grandchild Anderson Burrough.
