He was predeceased by: his son Tim Hilton; his parents, John Irv Hilton and Velma Jones Hilton (Doris Mitchell Hilton); and his siblings, Lois, Audra Mae, Bob, Gimpsie, Tom, John Irv Jr. and Gala.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Shook; his sister Kellon Phillips (Manys Bates); his daughter Naomi Archer (Jamie); his daughter-in-law Tracy Hilton; and his grandchildren, Elisabeth Anne, Jay, Josh and Kaeden.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Tim Hilton Foundation at 4459 Sierra Lane, Gardendale, AL 35071.
