He is survived by: his wife Debra Whitworth; his children, Dana Horsley (Brian), Diane Whitworth Calhoun (Rick), Andrew Whitworth (Becca) and Michael Whitworth (Clista); his sisters, Kathy McKinney (Robert) and Faye Beasley; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Whitworth Spence, Ethan Whitworth, Brooklyn Thomas, Caitlin Whitworth, Cathryn Forrester and Malcolm Whitworth.
