He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Calvert, Jr. and Palmer Daugette Calvert; his daughter Emily Elizabeth Waddell-Calvert; and his grandparents, Dr. Clarence W. Daugette and Annie Forney Daugette.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Sharrow; his son Stephen Liley (Lay-Sim); and his grandson Ansel.
