He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Green; his parents, James N. Green and Victoria Greene Phillips; and his brothers, Mike Green and Johnny Green.

He is survived by: his wife Regina Green; his children, Christy Mcleod (Scotty), Misty Humphrey (David), Charlotte Gowan (Josh), Kim Williams (Jason), Carlee Green, Johnathan Green and Jessie Lankford (Chris); and his siblings, Brenda Johnson, Amy Heard, Connie Couch and Eddie Green. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
