He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry D. Claeren and Zelda F. Claeren; and his sister Constance Bicht. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie E. Claeren of Rockmart, GA, Gina C. Morrison (Jason) of New Market, AL and Lisa Stewart; and his grandchildren, Leela Williams, William Morrison, Henry Blewster and Zelda Morrison.
Memorial service arrangements will be announced at a later date due to the current pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in honor of Dr. Claeren are made to First Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville, 200 Clinton Street SE, Jacksonville, AL 36265, where he served as elder.
