He is survived by: his wife Vanda Johnson Holder; his children, Becky Chandler (Brent), Shannon Cummings and Kevin Holder (Brenda); his grandchildren, Andy Holder, Mason Cummings, Evan Chandler, Addison Cummings and April Ford; and his brother Lamar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
