She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, David Myer (Pat) of Jacksonville, Deborah Hale of Miramar Beach and Tami Pockstaller (Bill) of Ocoee; her sister Gladys Tucker of Centre; her grandchildren, Laura Beth Yates (Justin) and Ben Pockstaller; her stepgrandchildren, Daniel Dooley and Deidra Hine; her husband David Myer Sr.; her siblings, J. W. Mayne and Edna Hill; and her parents, Louie Vernon and Mary Nellie Battles Mayne. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Welcome Hill Cemetery Fund.
