She was predeceased by: her husband Royce Wendell McGinnis; and her siblings, Doris Green (Happy), Marie Swenson and Bobby Lee Johnston. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Arndt (Stephen), Suzanne Everhart (Wayne) and Wendell McGinnis (Carol); her grandchildren, Lauren Whitaker (Matt), Taylor McGinnis (Samantha), Nathaniel Arndt, Heather Arndt, Jessica Wilson (Joe) and Jake Everhart; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Whitaker, Charlie Whitaker, Eli Wilson, Lilly Wilson and Lucy Greenwald. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Williams (5579 Co Rd 37, Jacksonville, AL 36265). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
