He is survived by: his wife Kathy McGough Rutledge; his son Robert "Dusty" Charles Rutledge (Jennifer); his son-in-law Kurtt Hirschy; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Burns and Maegan Brockman (Robert); his great grandchild Lilly Thomas; and his siblings, Ruth Armstrong (Mike) and Keith Rutledge (Anita). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
