He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Otwell and Sarah Smith Otwell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Otwell; his brother Marty; his siblings-in-law, Joan Otwell, Cody, Taylor Jackson, Brent and Audrey Smith; his grandchildren, Skylar, McKenzie, Charlie and Browder; and his nephew Logan Otwell (Sarah).
