He is survived by: his daughter Katy Leeann Stephens; his grandson Garrett Noah Stephens; his son Colton Noah Stephens; his father John Stephens; his sister Belinda Stephens Crenshaw (Jonathan); his nieces, Erin Zellar (Brady) and Kelsey Feiner; and his great-niece Addi Raye Zeller.
