He is survived by: his wife Teresa Farmer; his daughters, Stephanie Lewis and Angie Ledbetter (Bobby); his grandchildren, Mikey Alexander (Anna), Emilee Meadows (Logan), Jordan Lewis and Abbi Lewis; his great grandchildren, Cason Meadows and Kyleigh-Brynn Meadows; and his brother Gary Farmer (Brenda).
