He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felipe Angel Viscasillas and Maria of Rosario Viscasillas; his wife Carol A. Viscasillas; his daughters, Kristin Leigh Viscasillas and Noelle Paramoure (Dwight); his granddaughters, Julia and Haley Paramoure; and his brother Rafe Viscasillas (Valerie). He was also cherished by numerous nephews and nieces.
