He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Boothe and Ruth Boothe; and his brother Tom Boothe. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Boothe; his children, Slade Boothe, Heather Boothe and Christina Hurst (Brett); his grandchildren, Wilson Boothe, Zoe Boothe, Isabella Hurst and Piper Hurst; and his brothers, Richard Boothe, Dan Boothe and Jack Boothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
