Ford (Patti); her grandchildren, Ray Ballentine, Dylan Ford, Hannah Ford and John Ballentine; and her great grandchildren, Balthier Ballentine, Raelynn Ballentine and Simon Ford.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (322 Nisbet St NW, Jacksonville, AL 36265).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of choice.
