She was predeceased by: her husband Edward W. Cobb; her parents, Ralph Rutledge and Marie Rutledge; and her siblings, Hazel Mayes, Lawrence "Buck" Rutledge and Jack Rutledge.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Trantham (Don), Charles E. Cobb (Inez) and Joseph Randy Cobb (Linda); her grandchildren, Michael Cobb (Jan), Lance Cobb (Teri), Drue Cobb, Brent Cobb (Amanda), Julie Smith (Daniel) and Dana West (Marc); and her stepgranddaughter Donna Kay. She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
