He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Harvey and Beatrice Morris Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Angie Harvey; his children, Tabitha Slaton (Jarred) and Adam Harvey (Anne); his grandchildren, Cammie Stone (Zach), Colby Gaines, Hunter Harvey, Emma Harvey and Pressley Slaton; and his siblings, Wayne Harvey (Bonnie), Norma Holden, Barbara Pagan (Lloyd), Kenny Harvey (Connie) and Gail Loggains (Clayton).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Post Oak Springs Cemetery fund, 2427 Post Oak Road, Jacksonville, AL 36265.
