She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Parker; her son Eugene Parker; her parents, Julius Smith and Joaney Smith; her daughters, Bonnie Parris and Nancy Whaley (Larry); her grandson Jeffrey Parker; and her brother Julius Smith.
She is survived by: her son Carl Douglas Parker (Dana); her grandchildren, Dalana Parker, Destiny Carter (Ben), Dakota Apple (Chris), Desirae Parker, Dina Jones (Kevin), Brad Parker (Karen), Christina Whaley and Scott Jennings; her daughter-in-law Barbara Jennings; and her sister Ann Peterson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter.
In accordance with the state-mandated health order, guests are kindly asked to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
