She was predeceased by: her parents, Dois Brown and Letha Mae Brown. She is survived by: her husband L. C. Carpenter of Jacksonville; her sons, Bruce Allen Carpenter (Sandy) of Cullman, Dennis Carpenter of Jacksonville and Jeffrey Todd Carpenter (Tayra) of Indiana; and her siblings, Teddy Brown (Sue) of LaGrange, GA and Margie Coggins (Doug) of LaGrange, GA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
