She is survived by: her daughter Treva Michelle Smith; her siblings, Brenda G. Johnson, Jeff Scalf (Julie) and Linda F. Ealy (Brian); her close friends, Linda and Margie; and her pet Beethoven. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
