He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips; his mother Annie Bell Phillips; his children, Pam Couch (Ronnie), Tammy Couch (Mike) and Michael Phillips (Faye); his grandchildren, Tyler Phillips, Greg Couch and Justin Couch; his great grandchildren, Tanner Couch and Ryder Couch; and his sister Linda Ashworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
