He was predeceased by: his mother Alene Lett; his sister Barbara Lett Rooney Chandler; and his grandparents, Bessie Woodall Howell, Wilson Andrew Howell, Sr., John W. Lett, Luther and Ann Lett.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Shaw (David); his grandsons, Justin Shaw and Trey Shaw (Lauren); and his sister June Richardson (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
