He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ficklen; and his grandparents, Andrew, Lucy Erwin, Gerald and Anna Ficklen.
He is survived by: his father David Gerald Ficklen (Ruth); his brother Joshua Ficklen; his aunt Phyllis Carnes (David); his uncles, Robert Ficklen (Leigh), Richard Ficklen (Tina) and Randy Ficklen (Vicki); and his cousins, Dianne Lightfoot, Robert Lightfoot and Stacey Ward.
