He is survived by: his wife Sandy Mallicoat; his children, Justin Mallicoat (Taylor Eve Green) and Keri Mallicoat (Connor Read); his brother Don Mallicoat (Kim); his nephew Bob Mallicoat; his nieces, Kim Mallicoat Davis, Kristen Childress and Stephanie Housch; his aunt Sue; and his uncle Ronnie Bryan. He is also survived by numerous cousins and beloved friends.
