It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Joseph Coppola (Jacksonville, Alabama), who passed away on March 24, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Coppola Sr. and Marie T Lablanc Coppola; and his siblings, Paul Coppola Sr., Charles Coppola, George Coppola, Joey Coppola and Mary Gloria Coppola Spelios.
He is survived by: his wife Rita G Coppola; his daughter Morrisa Williams; and his godson Andrew Pruitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (308 7th St NE, Jacksonville, AL 36265). A reception was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (308 7th St NE, Jacksonville, AL 36265).
