He was predeceased by: his pet Katie; and his parents, James Dalton Lipsey and Melba Fite Keown. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Lipsey; his daughter Brandi Bright (Randy); his grandchildren, Haley Conroy, Thomas Bright and Joseph Bright; and his pet Wilma.
