He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Novak and Marie Novak. He is survived by: his wife Mary Novak; his children, Kim Stone (Bruce) and Jay Novak (Fonda); his grandchildren, Camryn Stone, Tripp Stone and Nikole Novak; his brothers, Tom Novak (Lorraine) and Rick Novak (Donna); his mother-in-law Chalcy Evans; his nieces, Trisha Magreta, Johanna Novak, Nancy Novak and Melinda Jones (Jeremy); and his great-nephews, Jacob Magreta, Gabriel Magreta, Jeremy Jones, Jr. and William Jones.
