With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Alan Ritter (Jacksonville, Alabama), who passed away on November 4, 2019 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James; his stepmother Neva Ritter; his wife Maggie Ritter; his mother Helen Naysmith (Ronald); his children, Tricia Thornton (Joey) and Jason Ritter (Candace); his grandchildren, Haley, Lexi, Emma and Macy Ritter; his stepgrandchildren, Alex Warren, Autumn Phillips, Hollie Thornton and Hunter Thornton; and his siblings, Wanda Blocker (Greg), Robin Ritter (Sammye), Kevin Ritter, Kyle Ritter and Bruce Ritter. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
