We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2023, at the age of 82, Gordon Nelson of Jacksonville, Alabama, born in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Gordon A. Nelson and Helen M. Nelson; his brother James Nelson; and his son Erik Gordon Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Marsha E. Nelson; his daughter Rachel Williams (Chris); his grandchildren, Evan Gordon Williams and Zane Christopher Williams; his sister Arlys Weaver; and his sister-in-law Ginger Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
