He was predeceased by: his father Homer Alden Boozer Sr.; and his siblings, Thomas Fletcher Boozer and Patricia Gaynell Ballard. He is survived by: his mother Clara "Nana" Boozer; his children, Felicia Spears (Randall), Angie McCombs (Dean) and Kristy Siskey (Adam); his grandchildren, Destiney Spears, Daniel Spears, Deven Spears, Gavin Hughes, Anna Siskey, Ansley Siskey and Reid Siskey; and his siblings, Sara Boozer and Homer Alden Boozer Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
