He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Johnson Hill; his children, Elizabeth Morrow (Fred) of Jacksonville, AL. and Richard Lee Hill (Erin) of Suffolk, VA.; and his grandchildren, Richard Lee Hill, Jr., Kaitlyn Marion Hill and Darin Joshua Hill.
