He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvle Hulsey and Willie Hulsey; and his siblings, Vera Cora Geneva Hulsey, Shirley Marie Angles, Faye Bennett, Charles William "Buddy" Hulsey, James "Junior" Hulsey, Roland Oliver Hulsey, George Milton Hulsey and Vernon Eugene Hulsey.
He is survived by: his children, Miranda Moore (Shane), Matthew Hulsey and Douglas Smith (Michelle); his siblings, Hubert Hulsey, Christine East and Teresa Farmer; his grandchildren, Savannah Hulsey, Abbigail Moore, Lacie Moore, Madelyn Moore, Brittney Smith and Jessica Smith; and his great grandchildren, Jada Smith and Tanner Bullock.
In accordance with the state-mandated health order, guests to the visitation and service are kindly asked to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
