He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Smith and Theresa Rich (Curt); his grandchildren, Courtney Rich, Kayla Headley, Jacob Screws and Shelby Newborn; his great grandchild Jordan Headley; and his brothers, Harvey Smith and Vernon Smith (Carolyn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
