She is survived by: her son Gerald Elijah Bell; her parents, Donnie Ray Johnston and Ronda Johnston; her grandmother Doris Shew; her uncles, Roger Shew, Brian Shew, Kenneth Johnston and Wayne Johnston; and her aunt Brenda Patterson.

In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made to the Phillip Austin Ministry at 2521 Pelham Rd South, Jacksonville, Al 36265.
