She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Catherine McCurry-Niette; her sister Gwendolyn "Boots" Abernathy of Ashland, KY; her sister-in-law Sue Pearce of Coldwater, AL; her adoptive daughter Phyllis Bayes (Rick) of Weaver, AL.; and also Catherine. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
