He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Warren and Estella Smith Warren; and his siblings, Clellan Warren, Evelyn Harris, Nellie Mae White and Aline Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby B. Warren of Jacksonville; his children, Debbie Tomlinson (Chuck), Donna W. Shamblin, Renee Taylor (Tony) and Calvin Keith Warren (Dee); his grandchildren, Ben, Dan, Sam Tomlinson, Paul Shamblin, Rebecca Shamblin Strayhorn, Jason, Hannah and Casey Trull; and his sister Ruth Daniel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
