He was predeceased by: his parents, Othar Lee Baggett (Fanny Lou Baggett) and Reverend Allen (Lillaree Miller); his siblings, Nellie Baggett, Mary Ann Ferguson and Wayne Miller; his son-in-law Phillip Jones; and his grandsons, Ethan and Giles Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bullock Baggett; his children, Marie Milner, Neil Baggett (Jim), Elaine Jones, Shelton and Samantha Brown; his grandchildren, Rachel Blanchard (Daven), Daniel Milner and Will Brown (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Cora, EmmaLee, Violet, Josiah, Jethro Blanchard and Morrison Brown; his siblings, Rosemond Shannon (Tim), David Baggett (Sarah) and Allen Miller, Jr. (Jane); and his brother-in-law Richard Ferguson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
