He is survived by: his parents, James Earl Haggerty and Deborah Jeanette Haggerty of Jacksons Gap; his daughter Cheyenne Haggerty of Auburn; his brother Brandon Haggerty of Alexander City; his nephews, Alex Haggerty (Fancy) and Walker Haggerty; his niece Madison Haggerty; and his great-niece Henley Haggerty.
